How It Works

 

Here is how it works

 

1. Go to smartlaundry services and fill outan order form. It takes less than 2 minutes.

You can also call and place your order over the phone.
Just give us a call.

You only have to place your order once. We will pick up your laundry every week if you wish. (All you need to do is specify that on your form or just call us!)

 

2. Our workers will pick up your laundry on the scheduled day (Monday through Saturday) between 9:00am and 6:00pm

If you will not be home, please have it set out and ready by 9:00 am. If it is your first time using the service just set your laundry out in a garbage bag or box. When return your laundry, you will receive a complimentary Laundry Bag for your next pick up.

 

3. Our professional staff will deliver your clothes by 6pm within 3 days like clockwork. Our workers are easy to identify – this adds an additional level of safety for our customers and area neighbors.

 

4. Give yourself time to do what is important in your life and leave the dirty laundry to us. We love doing laundry and pride ourselves in providing our customers with the service and quality they deserve.
